Reservation/Damage Deposit

- A refundable deposit of $200 is required at the time your reservation is made. This deposit will convert on our books to a security deposit on receipt of your final payment and will be held until your departure from the unit and inspection by the housekeeping staff.

Rental Agreement

- The Rental Agreement contains the terms and conditions of the rental and names of those in your party. The single individual responsible for the payments and for the conduct of those in your party must sign the rental agreement, and must be over the age of 25. The Rental Agreement also contains the cancellation policy. The rental of our unit, and of all short-term rentals in the City of Gulf Shores, is subject to City Ordinances. A recently passed ordinance, designed to protect the rights of all guests of rental accommodations in Gulf Shores (a family vacation destination), gives the owners of the accommodation the right to evict guests demonstrating acts of disregard of the rights of all guests to a peaceful stay, and acts which break the law. This Ordinance, a copy of which may be viewed here, has been made a part of our rental agreement. By signing our rental agreement, renters are agreeing that they have been informed of, and are subject to, this Ordinance.

Rental Invoice

- The Rental Invoice will be sent in a attachemnt to an email along with the Rental Agreement to be signed and returned with the deposit. It contains the dates of your stay and the amounts and due dates of the payments and confirms the number of those in your party and your contact information.
